A safe space to pause, breathe and explore what you need

I offer relaxed, confidential 1:1 EFT sessions from my therapy room, where we can take the time to explore whatever you feel you would like support with.

If coming to my therapy room isn’t convenient, I also offer sessions online via Zoom, so you can tap from the comfort of your own home.

An EFT session is not about me telling you what you should do.

It's about working together to understand what is happening for you and using EFT and other techniques to support you in moving forward.

We might work with something that has happened in the past, something you're experiencing right now, or something you'd like to feel differently about in the future.

We might explore a specific emotion, a physical sensation, a limiting belief, a fear or simply that feeling of being “stuck”.

What happens in a session?

We'll begin by talking about what has brought you along and what you'd like support with.

I'll explain the tapping process and we'll work together to find words that feel comfortable for you.

Then, using gentle tapping, we'll work through whatever feels appropriate for you on the day.

You remain in control throughout.

There is no pressure to talk about anything you don't want to talk about, and there is no requirement to have a particular outcome.

You can come exactly as you are

You don't need to be positive.

You don't need to have everything worked out.

You don't even need to know what you want to work on.

Sometimes we simply start with:

“I don't know what's going on, but I know I don't feel right.”

And that's enough.

My approach

I want my sessions to feel warm, informal and safe.

There may be laughter.

There may be tears.

There may even be tissues — although they're there to be used, not to rescue you!

Most importantly, there is no judgement.

My aim is to give you a space where you can be yourself, listen to what your body and mind are telling you, and begin to discover what feels right for you.

You always have choice.
