I am an Advanced EFT Practitioner, Reiki Master and NLP Business Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals and animals achieve emotional and physical well-being. My approach integrates ancient techniques with modern psychology to offer a holistic experience.

What is EFT?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. This is a technique that integrates elements of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology; like acupuncture without needles. It involves body and mind and is a holistic way to improve health and wellbeing. There is lots of research supporting the benefits of EFT.
What can EFT help with?
EFT can calm the nervous system, lower cortisol, reduce pain and discomfort, promote healing, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, assist with weight control, relieve disturbing thoughts or limiting beliefs, improve confidence and goal setting and much more.

About us
Alongside my private practice, I have joined forces with Caz Pett to create Eden Valley Tapping.
We are working together to run tapping events and retreats, whilst still doing our individual one to one work.

Join us for 5 days of tapping. Tapping for a few minutes each day can help you to reduce stress, help you feel calmer and more resilient, and give you a boost to get through the day!
Every morning you will receive a video from us to tap along with, recorded especially for this event. Just watch and tap along at a time that suits you.
Don't worry if you've not experienced EFT (tapping) before, we will send you a quick intro video to get you going, plus you'll be able to simply follow along with the video each day, you'll soon get the hang of it!
