EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. This is a technique that integrates elements of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology; like acupuncture without needles. It involves body and mind and is a holistic way to improve health and wellbeing. There is lots of research supporting the benefits of EFT.
EFT can calm the nervous system, lower cortisol, reduce pain and discomfort, promote healing, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, assist with weight control, relieve disturbing thoughts or limiting beliefs, improve confidence and goal setting and much more.
